Joshua Saval, Esq.
Joshua Saval is an attorney at Goldstein & Company. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, aviation- related litigation, and bankruptcy. Josh brings years of experience in handling these complex cases from inception, through trial and appeal. He manages a variety of litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, fraud matters, insurance coverage and subrogation issues, and indemnification claims.

- Secured settlements in various personal injury lawsuits regarding crop dusting claims.
- Represented a renewable energy company in a complex fraud claim that resulted in multiple lawsuits in Florida and Ohio as well as multiple bankruptcies, including pursuing adversary proceedings in bankruptcy and objecting to discharge of claims.
